The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mann has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Pearse.
Mann uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Pearse.
Mann swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Mark Mann seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Pearse throws a quick inside leg kick.
Pearse motions for Mann to come forward. Pearse throws a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Mann cracks Pearse with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.

and Pearse counters with a left to the body.
Pearse tries to close the distance and clinch up but Mann swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Pearse moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.

It looks like Mark Mann has been cut.

Pearse fails to land with a series of punches.

It looks like Adamh Pearse has been cut.
Horrible takedown by Mann or perhaps it was just good defense by Pearse which made him look bad.
Mann works over Pearse's head and body with a nice combination.

Pearse fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Mann, pushing him back against the cage.
Pearse lands with a right to the head.
Pearse prevents a takedown attempt there.
Mann misses with the head strike.
Pearse lands an uppercut.

Oh Mann is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Pearse unloads with a big right hand that wobbles Mann! He's leaning against the cage trying to keep his feet but Pearse is unloading with more strikes now! Mann drops to his knees and the referee stops the fight for a TKO!
