Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Tony Hendricks (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Shane Richards (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Richards's choice of entrance music: Cry me a river - Michael buble. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hendricks tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Hendricks has managed to clinch.
Hendricks has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Richards uses from the top position.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Hendricks accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
