Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Slopey Smith (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dwight Moody (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Smith comes to the cage accompanied by Jawga Boyz - Rollin Like A Redneck. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Dwight Moody was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Smith throws a leg kick but Moody checks it.
Moody tries to land a leg kick but Smith saw it coming and moves away.
Moody uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Smith has time to react.
Moody throws a wild body kick that Smith sees coming a mile off.

and Smith counters with a good low kick that Moody was not able to check.
Moody takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Smith is working Moody over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.

Smith shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Moody pinned against the cage. Moody gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Moody gets caught napping as Smith dives in and scores a takedown. Moody manages to retain guard.

After the fight, Slopey Smith was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
