Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, James Steele!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Dave Suraski!
The judges for this bout are Gregory Folan, Ian Loll and Elvis Blanc.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Steele lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
Steele listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut.
Steele misses with a hook. Suraski ducked under it nicely.
Suraski displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Steele throws out the jab.
A solid leg kick lands there for Suraski.
Steele is breathing heavily.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Suraski fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Steele throws a head kick but Suraski moves out of range.
Steele dodges the punch combination from Suraski.
Steele takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Suraski rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Steele moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Suraski fails to land with a series of punches.
Suraski throws a series of punches but Steele moves out of range.
Suraski with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Suraski throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
A jab-cross combination lands for Suraski and sends Steele crashing to the mat! Suraski follows him down to the mat - Steele regains half guard but he's not out of trouble yet!


It looks like James Steele has been cut.
Suraski looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Steele with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.


Steele is rocked!
Suraski not doing much here.
Oh Steele is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!

Suraski postures up and decides to stand up, from the half guard. The ref calls for Steele to stand up.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Suraski lands with a right and another and another! Steele is in big trouble! Suraski lands again and this time it's lights out for Steele! A quality knockout there for Suraski.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:09 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Dave Suraski!
