The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bagrian throws a solid leg kick but Bonnen takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Bagrian.
Bonnen throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Bagrian sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Bonnen misses with a double jab.
Bagrian slips a jab and a cross from Bonnen.
Bagrian connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.

It looks like Jail Bonnen has been cut.
Bonnen ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Bagrian moves away.
Bagrian moves out of range as Bonnen strikes.
Jail Bonnen seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A combination from Bonnen does no damage.
Bonnen throws a poor cross that misses
and Bagrian counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Nice body punch from Bonnen.
A decent looking cross lands there for Bagrian.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Bagrian scores with a jab. Bonnen acknowledges it with a nod of the head.

Bonnen is rocked!

Bagrian shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Bonnen's guard.
Oh Bonnen is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!

The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Bagrian is in close to Bonnen's body, working some short punches and elbows.
Bagrian loads up on a big left hand. Bonnen felt that one! He's just covering up now, not defending himself intelligently - Bagrian looks towards the ref and unloads with 3 more big shots and the ref has no choice but to stop the fight! Bonnen can't hide his disappointment, as Bagrian celebrates the victory.
