Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Madkid Rai (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lazar Alex (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Alex has chosen First of the year as his entrance music. Lazar Alex looks lathargic as he enters the arena. Wake up son, you're about to have a fight!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rai lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!

Rai changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Alex tries to avoid it but Rai manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Alex to the ground. Alex escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Rai drops back looking for a leg! Alex is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Alex manages to kick Rai off! Rai jumps back into Alex's guard.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Rai drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Rai jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Alex is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
