Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Weidong Liu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jose Castro (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Liu comes into the arena with Mortal Kombat Theme blaring out of the sound system. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Castro swings wildly with a couple of big hooks

and Liu counters by moving into the clinch.
Liu wants to break free but Castro has control.

A decent looking body kick lands there for Liu.
Liu shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Castro but Castro pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Liu tries to score a power double leg takedown but Castro sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Liu somewhat.

A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Liu.
Liu get stunned by a cross and takes another one on the button. Liu stumbles backwards and tries to bounce back off the cage but Castro runs in and jumps on him with a leaping lead hook that puts him out! Wow, that was highlight reel stuff! Awesome finish!
