The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fry throws a head kick that misses.
Splahrn with a body punch. A glancing blow.
Fry moves into range and lands a nice body kick.

Splahrn pushes Fry up against the ropes in a clinch.

Fry pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Fry throws a wild body kick that Splahrn sees coming a mile off.
Splahrn blocks a head kick by Fry.
Fry showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Splahrn.
Splahrn scores with a nice right hand.

It looks like Simon Fry has been cut.

Fry darts in and clinches Splahrn up against the ropes.

Fry's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Fry doesn't manage to clinch there - Splahrn circles away.
Splahrn lands a nice shot that snaps Fry's head back.
Splahrn misses with a looping left.
Splahrn misses with a hook. Fry ducked under it nicely.
Fry throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
The fight stays on the outside here - Fry looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
