Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Hype Williams (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sanji Sanpun (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Williams might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to P.O.D. - Boom. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Sanji Sanpun was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Williams throws a nice looking combination but Sanpun bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Williams will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Williams throws a series of punches but Sanpun moves out of range.
Williams throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Sanpun.
A looping hook to the body misses from Sanpun. Williams does a little dance to reset his feet.
Williams looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Williams misses with a double jab.
A lazy left from Sanpun finds it's target.
Sanpun takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.

Sanpun pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Williams throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Williams swings away with a leg kick that misses.
Sanpun blocks a head kick by Williams.
Sanpun just misses with a punch to the body.
Williams misses with a few strikes there.

and Sanpun counters with a series of strikes. Williams will be more careful next time no doubt.

Williams goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
No joy there for Sanpun, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Williams stalks Sanpun and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Sanpun's face. Sanpun staggers backwards, shaken.

and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.
Hype Williams is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Williams is breathing heavily.

and Sanpun counters with a right hand to the body.

and Sanpun counters with a takedown into side control! That could mean trouble for Williams!

It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.

Sanpun scores with a big shot from side control... and another... and another! Oh Williams is done here - save him referee! More strikes land and eventually the ref does step in and Sanpun can finally stop beating on his defenseless opponent!
