Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 10 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, David Steel!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 18 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Dongmin Oh!
The judges for this bout are Valeri Chadov, Igor Prikhodko and Sergei Dronov.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Oh throws a push kick but Steel slaps the foot to one side.
Steel lands with a slapping head kick.
Steel thumps Oh with a low kick.
Steel thumps Oh with a low kick.
Steel takes a kick to the side of the head.
A head kick misses from Oh.
Oh clobbers Steel with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Oh throws a low kick but it's checked well by Steel.
Oh throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
Oh is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Steel.
Oh avoids the head kick by Steel.
Steel lunges at Oh with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Oh's hand.
Steel misses with a kick to the body
and Oh counters with a low kick, right behind Steel 's knee.
Oh connects with a body shot that sends Steel's belly button to the back.
Oh looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Steel thumps Oh with a low kick.
Steel scores with a kick to the body.
Steel throws a sloppy head kick and Oh moves out of range easily.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Steel lands with a right hand.
Oh motions for Steel to come forward. Oh throws a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Oh takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Oh avoids a low kick by using good footwork.
Steel throws a sloppy head kick and Oh moves out of range easily.
Steel throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Oh's head.
Steel thumps Oh with a low kick.
Oh throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Oh misses with a straight right.
Steel throws a front kick that sends Oh stumbling back into the cage.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Oh is looking to chop away at Steel's legs.
Oh looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
A head kick from Steel lands but Oh takes it in his stride.
Steel avoids a kick to the body.
Oh fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Steel checks it well.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Steel lands a front kick.
A looping hook to the body misses from Steel. Oh does a little dance to reset his feet.
Steel avoids a low kick by using good footwork.
A solid leg kick lands there for Steel.
Oh looks for the body kick but Steel saw that one coming.
Steel tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Steel looks for the body kick but Oh saw that one coming.
Oh tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Steel is able to avoid easily.
Oh tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Steel lands a lovely overhand right.
Steel lands a slapping body shot.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Steel, right into the meat.
Oh scores with a crisp jab that stopped Steel in his tracks.
Steel throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena.
Oh looks winded!
Steel throws a shot to the body.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Oh crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Steel - the referee stops the clock and Oh gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Steel. Oh manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Steel tries a head kick but it misses.
Steel fakes the leg kick and cracks Oh in the body.
Steel scores with a kick to the midsection.
Oh gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Steel lets loose with a powerful body kick. Oh will feel that in the morning.

Steel lands a big head kick that sends Oh tumbling to the mat! Steel takes a step backwards and waves Oh back to his feet - he wants the finish!


Oh is rocked!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Steel lands with a massive overhand right! Stick a fork in Oh - he's out cold! Ermm... I think I just mixed my metaphors but yeah... That was a nice KO! Big win for Steel!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:36 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). David Steel!
