The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cullen connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
Cobra misses with a jab, cross combination.
Cullen throws a nice looking combination but Cobra bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
A chopping leg kick lands by Cobra.

Cullen looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.

A looping hook to the body misses from Cobra. Cullen does a little dance to reset his feet.
Cobra slips a jab and a cross from Cullen.

and Cobra counters with a nice body shot.
Cullen looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Cobra thows a body kick. Cullen tries to catch it but that hurt him.
Cullen throws a half hearted mid kick.
Cobra tries to close the distance and clinch up but Cullen swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Cobra pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Cullen back to the ropes. Cobra follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.

It looks like Jacob Cullen has been cut.
Cullen tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Cullen tries to clinch there but Cobra circles away.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Cullen lands with an overhand left.
Cullen tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Cobra was well out of range. Poor timing from Cullen.
Cobra moves out of range of the body kick.
Cobra ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Cullen moves away.
Cobra will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
A thudding body kick lands there by Cullen!

Cullen swats away the attempt to clinch by Cobra.
Cullen misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Cobra lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Cullen backs up against the ropes.
Cullen is looking to clinch.
Cobra tries to close the distance and clinch up but Cullen swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Cobra plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!
Cullen misses with the combination.

Cobra lands a head kick that bluckles Cullen and drops him to the canvas. He's still conscious but it looks like it's going to take him the full 10 seconds to get back his senses! He's up on 9 and seems to be just about OK to continue.... the referee agrees and we're back to the action with Cobra no doubt looking to push for a finish!

Cobra is trying to push Cullen away but Cullen has him pressed against the ropes, so he's going nowhere.

Cobra manages to break the clinch.
Cobra scores with a nice right hand.
Cullen rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Cobra moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Cullen connects with a high kick.

That's three minutes gone in the round.

Cullen scores a flash knockdown with a right hook that drops Cobra to his hands and knees! The ref pushes Cullen away as he looks to land an illegal blow. Cobra got an extra few seconds to recover there, which could have made all the differences as he stumbles back to his feet. The referee looks into his eyes and decides to allow the bout to continue. Can he survive?!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Cobra takes the fight into the clinch.
Cullen blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.
Cullen is looking to control Cobra's arms but Cobra gets an underhook and turns him. Now Cullen has his back to the ropes.
A nice right hand lands inside from Cullen.
Cullen wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
A battle for position here, against the ropes.
Cullen struggles to land a body shot inside as Cobra controls his hands.
Cobra prevents a body shot from Cullen.
Cobra is looking to control Cullen's arms but Cullen gets an underhook and turns him. Now Cobra has his back to the ropes.
Cullen lands a body punch in the clinch.
Cullen wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.
Cullen doesn't land with the attempted body shot.

Cullen breaks the clinch.
Cullen throws a right and a left that Cobra avoids nicely.

Cullen tries to close the distance and clinch but Cobra swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Cullen takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Cullen wants to clinch.
No joy there for Cullen, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Cobra scores with a hook.
Cobra moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.

That has opened up Jacob Cullen's cut even more.
Cobra throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
The fight stays on the outside here - Cullen looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Cullen misses with a body kick.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Cullen connects with a nice cross there... Cobra is looking wobbly and Cullen recognises it - he's rushed in and lands two more brutal shots that send Cobra to the canvas, out cold! A brutal finish to the fight - Cullen jumps onto the ropes to celebrate with the crowd!

Jacob Cullen really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that Steel Penn's Laundry 80% LAUNDRY IS NOT AVAILABL logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.
