Coming up we have a super heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between The Steel Penn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mirko McCracken (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, The Steel Penn!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
10 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Mirko McCracken!
The judges for this bout are Tatsuya Matsuyama, Taro Takaoka and Yukihiro Shimada.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McCracken looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
McCracken has Steel Penn up against the ropes in a clinch.
McCracken lands a nice elbow.
It looks like The Steel Penn has been cut.
McCracken lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.
Steel Penn wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
McCracken creates a bit of space and cracks Steel Penn with an uppercut that drops him to the canvas! Steel Penn is wobbled and seems to be struggling to get back to his feet. 3,4,5. He's up! Phew, his manager will be relieved but they're no doubt wondering whether he'll be able to recover properly and get back in the fight!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Steel Penn throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Steel Penn gets tackled into the ropes by McCracken. McCracken maintains the clinch.
Steel Penn tries to break free but McCracken pushes him back against the ropes.
McCracken has Steel Penn pushed against the ropes.
McCracken manages to break the clinch.
Steel Penn throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Steel Penn walks into a big right hand from McCracken and goes down! The referee sends McCracken to a neutral corner as Steel Penn gets back to his feet. He looks OK so we're back under way.
McCracken throws a series of punches but Steel Penn moves out of range.
McCracken misses with a two punch combination.
McCracken connects with a beautiful left hand that drops Steel Penn onto his butt! Steel Penn bounces straight back up though - he's OK. After the ref checks him out, we're back to the action.
Steel Penn leaves his chin hanging out and McCracken seizes the opportunity with an uppercut! Steel Penn crumbles to the floor in a heap! The referee steps in and tends to the downed fighter! What a knockout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:56 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Mirko McCracken!
