Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Daniel Ryan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Claudio Alves Dutra (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ryan comes to the cage accompanied by I'd Love to Knock the Hell out of You by Hank Williams, Jr. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

That was a close second round but I would say that Daniel Ryan will probably get the nod.

Alves Dutra jumps guard and drags Ryan to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.

Alves Dutra postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Ryan is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Alves Dutra, into his guard.

Ryan drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Ryan jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Daniel Ryan.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Ryan, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
