Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 20 - 11 - 0, fighting out of London, Leonard Lewis!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, Colin Fotheringham and William Gold.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Harrison fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Lewis looks to throw the jab but Harrison is out of range.
Harrison shoots in looking for a takedown but Lewis manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Harrison's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

Harrison drives through with a takedown into Lewis's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position.

Lewis fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Harrison.
William Harrison is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.

Lewis feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Harrison's calf.

Harrison shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Lewis sprawls well. Lewis wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Harrison gets slowly back to his feet.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Lewis fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Harrison looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Harrison uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Lewis.
Lewis fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Harrison.

Lewis lets loose with a powerful body kick. Harrison will feel that in the morning.
Lewis connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Lewis fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Harrison looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
William Harrison seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Lewis scores with a jab. Harrison acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Harrison throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

Lewis lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.

Nice body kick there by Lewis.
Lewis leaves Harrison with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Lewis feints and then cracks Harrison's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Harrison down.
Leonard Lewis is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Lewis changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Lewis lands a nice leg kick that just misses Harrison's sensitive parts.

That kick from Lewis tenderised Harrison's leg. Harrison is trying to keep his angry face on.
Lewis lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Lewis with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Lewis displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Harrison.
Lewis thows a body kick. Harrison tries to catch it but that hurt him.

Lewis cracks Harrison with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Harrison darts in trying to clinch
and Lewis counters with an inside leg kick.
Lewis lands a front kick.
Lewis stuffs the takedown.

Lewis feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Harrison sprawling to the canvas! Harrison rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Lewis finish him?!


Harrison is rocked!
This has been an exciting period of action!
Lewis connects with a picture perfect right hand that knocks Harrison out cold! This one is over in a flash!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:38 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Leonard Lewis! Leonard Lewis retains his middleweight title!
