Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between AB CD (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Joao Fuente (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

CD moves into range and clinches up with Fuente.
CD misses with a knee strike.
Some stalling of biblical proportions here from CD.

CD pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

CD rushes Fuente and presses him up against the cage.

CD pulls Fuente into guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
