The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wilson dips down and scores with a jab to the body.

Couture feints and as Wilson raises his hands in defense, Couture changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Wilson pulls Couture in close to his closed guard and prevents Couture from doing any damage or advancing position.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Couture accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Wilson parries the strikes from Couture easily there. Couture is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Wilson to escape.
