Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Brett Butterfly (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ludwig Manres (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Manres has chosen Aqualung - Jethro Tull as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Ludwig Manres is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Butterfly misses with a double jab.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Butterfly lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Manres has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Manres and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Manres shoots for a double leg takedown but Butterfly sprawls well. He's pushed Manres's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Butterfly lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Manres circles away quickly and effectively.

Butterfly stuns Manres with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Butterfly dips to his left and cracks Manres with an uppercut!
Manres takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Manres shoots for a takedown but Butterfly saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

and Butterfly counters with a huge left! Manres is in big trouble! He's backing up but Butterfly isn't giving him chance to recover. Under a barage of punches the ref has to step in to save Manres from any more damage. A dominating finish by Butterfly!
