Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Roy Bull (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Raymond Matice (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bull comes to the cage accompanied by Black Label Society - Fire It Up. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Matice is trying hard to land a takedown here. Bull sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Matice misses the shot to the body.
A big left from Bull misses.
Bull fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Matice manages to avoid it.
The crowd cheers as Bull lands an impressive looking overhand right. Matice doesn't seem phased though.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Matice is defended easily by Bull.
Matice looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Matice misses with a two punch combination.
Bull scores with a sloppy right hand. Matice should have avoided that one.

Matice moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Matice.

Matice is rocked!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Bull ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Matice is still on wobbly legs! Can Bull finish him?

Bull slaps away a takedown attempt from Matice, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Matice misses with an uppercut. Bull saw that one coming.

Matice throws a hook but Bull blocks it.
Bull scores with a kick to the midsection.
Bull throws a nice looking combination but Matice bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Bull scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
Matice pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Matice seems to have recovered his senses.

Bull drives through and clinches with Matice against the cage.
Matice is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Bull pulls him back up using the underhooks.
Bull digs a right hand into Matice's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Matice's gas tank.
Matice is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.
Matice has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Bull is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
Matice looks winded!

Bull is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Matice can't fight it off and eventually Bull manages to take the fight to the floor. Matice looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
Bull connects with a couple of short punches.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Bull trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.
Bull trying to control the position from guard on top but Matice is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Matice trying to keep a closed guard but Bull is proving a slippery customer.
Bull chips away with some ground and pound.

Bull lands a couple of digs.
Bull with a flurry of punches that miss.

Matice has his feet on Bull's hips. He pushes off and gets to his feet. Nice work.
Matice shoots for a double leg takedown but Bull sprawls well. He's pushed Matice's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Bull lands a nice leg kick that just misses Matice's sensitive parts.
Bull lands a glancing blow to the side of Matice's head.
Matice ducks right into an uppercut from Bull.
Bull lands a lovely overhand right.
Bull misses the jab.
Matice with a poor takedown
and Bull counters with a right hand to the body.
Matice takes a jab right on the kisser.
Bull throws an overhand right from the outside, which connects and sends Matice stumbling backwards into the cage! Matice bounces back off the cage towards Bull, who cracks him with a two punch combination that drops him to his knees! Bull lands two more shots before the referee has chance to intervene - what a finish! Bull celebrates with his corner as the crowd cheer loudly.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:50 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Roy Bull!
A determined Roy Bull didn't want to dwell on this fight in his post fight interview. Instead he was more keen to state he wants a title shot. Let's see if he gets it!
