Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ben Elliott (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Artur Kukla (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kukla has chosen The Eagles - Hotel California as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Ben Elliott!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Artur Kukla!
The judges for this bout are Radbod Blank, Wagner Zegers and Paul Aken.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Kukla throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Elliott tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Kukla is in Elliott's guard.
Kukla stops Elliott from standing up.
Kukla missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Kukla preventing the sweep.
Kukla throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
Kukla trying to control the position from guard on top but Elliott is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Elliott wants to get back to his feet but Kukla is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
Kukla in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.

Elliott has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Kukla off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds.
Elliott misses with the combination.
Elliott throws a shot from downtown. Kukla moves away and avoids it.

Kukla looking for a takedown here - he's got it.
Kukla is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound.
Kukla wants to pass the guard but Elliott is keeping the position.
Kukla controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
Kukla trying to control the position from guard on top but Elliott is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Kukla is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully.

Artur Kukla has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet.
Elliott looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Kukla is fending him off so far but Elliott persists. Nope, Kukla circles away and we're back to standing.

Elliott missing with a left hand there. Kukla was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Kukla avoids a punch combination nicely.
Elliott throws a nice looking combination but Kukla bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Elliott gets caught napping as Kukla dives in and scores a takedown. Elliott manages to retain guard.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Elliott pulls Kukla in close to prevent any damage.
Kukla working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound.
Elliott manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Kukla manages to get himself to full guard.
Kukla is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Kukla swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Elliott is now in Kukla's guard. A big mistake from Kukla there, giving up the dominant position!

Kukla has his foot on Elliott's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Elliott works his way back into a safe position though.

Kukla looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Elliott is defending well. Kukla quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Elliott has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Kukla celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.

A relieved looking Artur Kukla thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
