Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dimitri De Wilde (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tesco Vee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Vee has chosen Lynyrd Skynyrd - Simple man as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Gwen Towbar and Tiny Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vee lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as De Wilde backs up against the cage.
Vee misses with a left hand
and De Wilde counters with a takedown into side control.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Vee is trying to improve his position.
De Wilde is looking to take a break and control but Vee is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Vee is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by De Wilde.

Vee stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Vee wants it to stay on the feet.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Vee takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.
Oh De Wilde is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
