Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Ronnie Riley (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Takeru Kyle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Riley comes to the cage accompanied by Queen - It's A Hard Life. Kyle is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: I Like to Move It. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Riley takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.

Riley fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Kyle has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

Riley throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Kyle stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Some bone on bone action there as Kyle checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.

That kick from Riley tenderised Kyle's leg. Kyle is trying to keep his angry face on.

Riley remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.
