Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Sai Fukuta (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Herkules Nowacki (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Nowacki has chosen Moby - Flower as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 9 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Sai Fukuta!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Herkules Nowacki!
The judges for this bout are Trevor Gratis, Yves DeLean and Gregory Folan.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fukuta fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Nowacki throws a head kick that misses.
Fukuta takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Nowacki scores with a head kick.


It looks like Sai Fukuta has been cut.
Fukuta shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Nowacki but Nowacki pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Nowacki darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Fukuta crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Nowacki - the referee stops the clock and Fukuta gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Nowacki. Fukuta manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Nowacki stuffs the takedown.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Sai Fukuta. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Fukuta shoots in for a double leg but Nowacki sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Nowacki connects with a solid leg kick.
Nowacki is looking to slow Fukuta down with leg kicks.

Nowacki throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Fukuta shoots for a double leg takedown but Nowacki sprawls well. He's pushed Fukuta's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Nowacki has taken the fight to the clinch.
Fukuta has Nowacki pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Nowacki manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.
Fukuta is looking for a takedown.
Nowacki works for underhooks and lands a body shot in the process.
Fukuta is breathing heavily.
Nowacki content to slow the pace in the clinch.
Fukuta drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Nowacki gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Fukuta has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Nowacki avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.
Nowacki scores with a shot to the side of Fukuta's head.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Nowacki creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
Nowacki is pushing Fukuta up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word.
Nowacki continues to stall. The referee tells him to work or he's going to break them up.

That's two minutes gone in the round.

Fukuta's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Nowacki is fighting off a takedown attempt but Fukuta is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Nowacki to the mat. Nowacki regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.
Nowacki manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!

Fukuta tries to hold on but Nowacki pushes him away.

Fukuta is looking to get to half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Fukuta is working hard here to advance position.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Fukuta wants to control but Nowacki is having none of it.

Nowacki prevents Fukuta from getting the reversal.
Nowacki controlling the position easily from mount.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Fukuta tries to hold on but Nowacki pushes him away.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Herkules Nowacki dominated that round.
The cut man is working on Sai Fukuta's cut.
Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!


Nowacki connects with a solid leg kick.
Nowacki lands with a straight right. Fukuta didn't see that one coming.
Fukuta thows a body shot but no joy.
Fukuta shoots in looking for a takedown. Nowacki tries to sprawl out of it but Fukuta keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Nowacki manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Nowacki connects with a solid leg kick.
Nowacki connects with a high kick.
Nowacki stuffs the takedown attempt from Fukuta. Fukuta gets slowly back to his feet.
Fukuta tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Nowacki swivels and escapes.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Sai Fukuta. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Nowacki throws a leg kick which misses Fukuta's front leg but catches the back leg as Fukuta tries to avoid it.
Nowacki feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Fukuta's calf.
Fukuta on the wrong end of a nice jab.

Nowacki lands a big head kick that sends Fukuta tumbling to the mat! Nowacki takes a step backwards and waves Fukuta back to his feet - he wants the finish!


Fukuta is rocked!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Fukuta takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Oh Fukuta is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Herkules Nowacki seems to be getting the better of the standup.
Nowacki stuffs the takedown.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Fukuta is trying hard to land a takedown here. Nowacki sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Fukuta tries for a takedown but Nowacki sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Fukuta seems to have got his legs back now.
Fukuta will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Fukuta with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Nowacki to score with a decent uppercut.
Nowacki feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Fukuta's calf.

Nowacki lands a big head kick that sends Fukuta to the canvas! Nowacki follows up with strikes from the mount that forces the ref to step in and stop the fight!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:07 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Herkules Nowacki!
