The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Karev throws a body kick that digs right into the meat.
Dammon looks to score with a jab to the body but Karev is just out of range.
Karev scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Karev swings away with a leg kick that misses.
Dammon throws a jab when Karev was well out of range.
Dammon digs a good body shot into Karev's ribs.
Karev loads up on a big right hand but Dammon slips the punch.
Dammon is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Matt Dammon seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Dammon takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Dammon takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Dammon clobbers Karev with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.

Karev throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Dammon throws a body punch but Karev moves out of range.

Dammon jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Karev avoids the body shot from Dammon.
Karev darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Dammon throws a right and a left that both miss.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Karev turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Dammon scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.

Karev fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Dammon looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
A slow jab from Karev misses its intended target.

and Karev counters with a good, hard body kick but Dammon shrugs it off.
Dammon is breathing heavily.
Karev misses with a wild combination.
Karev scores with a head kick.
A bone on bone clash there as Dammon blocks the leg kick.
Dammon looks to score with a jab to the body but Karev is just out of range.
Dammon misses with a series of wild punches.
Dammon keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.

Karev throws a body punch but Dammon moves out of range.
Karev fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Karev cracks the inside of Dammon's front leg.
Karev lands a big head kick that sends Dammon tumbling to the mat! Karev takes a step backwards and waves Dammon back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Dammon is rocked!
It looks like Matt Dammon has been cut.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Karev seems to be stalking Dammon here. He circles momentarily and then unleashes a devastatic head kick! Dammon drops like a stone, out cold! WOW! Are you kidding me!? What a knockout!
