Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Flash Gradon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Volya Nikolaev (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Nikolaev comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Fever kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gradon misses with a jab, cross combination.

Nikolaev dives in and scores a takedown into Gradon's guard.
Gradon is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
Gradon is trying to control the position but Nikolaev postures up.
Gradon looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Nikolaev distracts Gradon with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.

Nikolaev is fighting to break Gradon's control of his arms but Gradon is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Flash Gradon wasn't doing enough on the ground.

Gradon has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Nikolaev is trying to keep an underhook but Gradon manages to get the takedown into half guard.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Nikolaev can do anything to dispel that myth.

A big strike lands for Nikolaev! That's really hurt Gradon and he's turned his back - Nikolaev keeps firing away and the ref dives in to stop the fight! Nikolaev jumps to his feet to celebrate the victory!
