Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Cain Cormeir (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Roronoa Zorro Ii (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Cormeir comes to the cage accompanied by -N- The Bay. Roronoa Zorro Ii is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Cain Cormeir!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Roronoa Zorro Ii!
The judges for this bout are Paul Aken, Wagner Zegers and Radbod Blank.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Cormeir closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Zorro Ii did well to prevent Cormeir getting side control.

Cormeir seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.
Cormeir thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Zorro Ii's head.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Cormeir connects with a nice short shot to Zorro Ii's temple.
Zorro Ii is trying to get back to full guard.
Zorro Ii won't allow Cormeir to pass to mount.
Cormeir is nestled in close to Zorro Ii, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Cormeir is nestled in close to Zorro Ii, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
Cormeir is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount!
Cormeir pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Cormeir cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Cormeir is landing with some decent strikes but Zorro Ii is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.

Zorro Ii is rocked!
Cormeir is in full mount looking to finish with strikes. He lands a big shot, followed by another and Zorro Ii goes limp! The ref jumps in to end the fight - a big win for Cormeir!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:29 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Cain Cormeir!
Cain Cormeir decided to thank the fans in attendance for making a great atmosphere. It seemed to go down pretty well.
