The judges for this bout are Paulsen Ambrosius, Nard Betker and Saam Ante.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Benson fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Freedman has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Benson avoids the body shot from Freedman.
A solid leg kick lands there for Benson.
Freedman fails to land the takedown.
Freedman shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Benson defends it nicely.
Benson connects with the punch.
Freedman shoots in looking for a takedown but Benson manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Freedman's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Tony Benson has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Marcus Freedman.
Benson scores with a one two! Freedman had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
No joy there for Benson, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Benson drops Freedman with a huge uppercut! Freedman drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes. Benson is raining down punches and the ref stops the fight! This one is all over!

A relieved looking Tony Benson thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
