Schelokov has chosen Sirens as his entrance music. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Trout doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Schelokov cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Trout walks into a left hand.

Trout takes the fight into the clinch.
Schelokov wants to get back to striking at distance but Trout won't allow it.
Trout drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.

Trout breaks the clinch.
Trout shoots in for a takedown but Schelokov shows good takedown defense.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Erasmo Trout. That's going to take a lot out of him.

A jab-cross combination lands for Schelokov and sends Trout crashing to the mat! Schelokov follows him down to the mat - Trout regains half guard but he's not out of trouble yet!

Trout is rocked!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Schelokov lands a big elbow from half guard. That looks like it's hurt Trout quite badly. Trout pulls Schelokov in close trying to recover. Schelokov postures up and lands two really hard shots that put Trout on queer street! The ref takes a look and decides to call an end to the fight! Possibly an early stoppage but Trout doesn't seem to be complaining too much.
