Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the middleweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Jordan ValKov!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Camel Monkey!
The judges for this bout are Paul Aken, Radbod Blank and Wagner Zegers.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
ValKov misses with a series of wild punches.
ValKov scores with the left hand. Monkey knows he should have avoided that one.
ValKov tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Monkey paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Nice defenses there by Monkey.
ValKov darts in trying to clinch

and Monkey counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in ValKov's guard now.
Monkey content to stall in guard here.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Monkey engaging in some classic timewasting tactics.
Monkey stands up over ValKov, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.

Monkey lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.
Monkey lands a couple of digs.
ValKov knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Monkey on the ground.
ValKov can't keep his opponent in guard - Monkey advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
Monkey slips a nice elbow through ValKov's hands, connecting with ValKov's forehead.
Monkey perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.
It looks like Monkey might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.
ValKov is trying to maintain the position but Monkey is very close to passing his half guard.
Monkey lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
Monkey moves nicely into side control.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Monkey controls the position.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Monkey working away diligently from side control. Landing strikes effectively there - that will score him some points on the judges scorecards.
ValKov on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if ValKov tries to get out of the position.

Monkey working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
Monkey is looking to take a break and control but ValKov is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Monkey gets to mount! ValKov was on the offensive and wasn't defending properly.
Monkey lands a couple of good shots and ValKov has given up his back, trying to escape the position!
Monkey is riding his opponent, not letting ValKov buck him off.
Monkey has ValKov flattened out and is raining down punches.

Monkey lands a shot to the body.

Monkey sinks in the hooks and is looking for the choke. He's got it! ValKov taps out!

An out of breath Camel Monkey thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
