Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Jake Tyler!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Aidan McVeigh!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tyler fails in his attempt to clinch.
McVeigh scores to the head and body with a nice combination!
Tyler fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but McVeigh avoids it really well and circles away.

McVeigh feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Tyler sprawling to the canvas! Tyler rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can McVeigh finish him?!


Tyler is rocked!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
McVeigh throws a leg kick but Tyler sees it coming and moves out of range.
McVeigh wants to slow Tyler down by chopping away at his legs.
Tyler cracks a nice hook into McVeigh's ribs.
Tyler fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but McVeigh avoids it really well and circles away.
McVeigh throws a body kick despite being completely out of range
and Tyler counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena.
A bone on bone clash there as Tyler blocks the leg kick.
Tyler shoots in for a takedown but McVeigh shows good takedown defense.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jake Tyler. That's going to take a lot out of him.
McVeigh throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
McVeigh feints and then cracks Tyler's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Tyler down.
Nice takedown defense from McVeigh. No joy for Tyler on that attempt.
McVeigh takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Tyler on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Tyler.
Tyler is breathing heavily.

That's one minute gone in the round.
McVeigh throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Tyler's head.
McVeigh chopping away at his opponent's legs.
McVeigh fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
McVeigh lands with a kick to the ribs.
Tyler moves out of range of the body kick from McVeigh.
McVeigh displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination.
Oh Tyler is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
This has been an exciting period of action!
McVeigh connects with an inside leg kick.
McVeigh lands a big head kick that sends Tyler to the canvas! McVeigh follows up with strikes from the mount that forces the ref to step in and stop the fight!
