Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Derek Zoolander (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Andrey Konovalov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Zoolander comes to the cage accompanied by Relax (Don't Do It)- Frankie Goes To Hollywood . Konovalov is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: CJClip - No reason to live but we do it. Andrey Konovalov has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, Elvis Blanc and Dillan Fox.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Konovalov misses the jab.
Konovalov throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Konovalov just misses with a punch to the body.
Zoolander takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Konovalov gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Zoolander counters with a lovely straight right hand!
The crowd cheers as Konovalov lands an impressive looking overhand right. Zoolander doesn't seem phased though.

Konovalov postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Zoolander is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Konovalov, into his guard.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Konovalov looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Zoolander has picked Konovalov up and slammed him! Konovalov can't keep hold of the triangle and Zoolander manages to pass to side control!

Derek Zoolander was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
