Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Joeseph Moai (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jaxon Christian (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Moai misses with a two punch combination.
Christian doesn't manage to clinch there - Moai circles away.
Moai plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!
Moai fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Christian has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Christian fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Moai avoids it really well and circles away.

Moai shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Christian manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
Christian preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.
Moai wants to pass the guard but Christian is keeping the position.
Moai has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Christian wants to get back to his feet but Moai is in a dominant position and won't allow it.

Moai is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.

Moai pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Christian is keeping the position for now.
Moai works a leg free and moves into half guard.
Moai slows the pace down in half guard.

Moai decides he's had enough of the ground and stands up.
Moai throws a body punch but Christian moves out of range.

Moai changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Christian tries to clinch but Moai moves away
and Moai counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Christian walks into a left hand.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Moai goes for a high kick. It partially lands.

Moai knocks Christian to the floor with a head kick! Can he finish him!?

Christian is rocked!

Moai tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Moai has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Christian is still in real trouble! Can Moai finish him?
Christian manages to work his way to half guard, despite Moai's best efforts.

Moai works his way into full mount!
Christian seems to have recovered his senses.
Moai landing strikes from the mount.

Christian is rocked!
Moai postures up and connects with a big shot that has rocked Christian badly. He's trying desperately to grab hold of Moai around the waist but Moai pushes him off and unloads with more strikes, forcing the referee to jump in and save him! Moai is the winner by TKO! Moai jumps onto the cage and shouts into the camera. "We did it momma!"
