The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
An inside leg kick lands from Styless.
Styless lands a nice leg kick that just misses Gali's sensitive parts.
Gali misses with a straight right.
Styless dodges the punch combination from Gali.
Gali throws an ugly left hook that misses
enabling Styless to counter with a crisp jab.
Gali is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Styless.
Gali throws a poor cross that misses

and Styless counters by clinching up.
Gali misses with a hook to the ribs.
Styless wants a takedown but no success here.
Gali prevents a takedown attempt there.
Gali has had enough of the clinch but Styless keeps him there for the moment.
Styless has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Gali avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.
Buretta Gali has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Timbo Styless.

Styless jumps guard and drags Gali to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.
Styless keeping moving, preventing Gali from controlling successfully.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Gali is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Styless has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Gali is looking to defend but Styless has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Gali! Styless pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Gali taps out and this one is all over!
