Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Seth Duplesris (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ayush Gupta (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gupta has chosen Lil Wayne - Lollipop ft. Static as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Seth Duplesris has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Tiny Johnson and Robert Twigg.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gupta drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
Duplesris connects with a body shot that sends Gupta's belly button to the back.
Duplesris missing with a left hand there. Gupta was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.

Duplesris manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Gupta on his heels. He'll look to pass Gupta's guard now, I'm sure.
Duplesris is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
Duplesris works a leg free and moves into half guard.
Gupta wants to control but Duplesris is keeping busy and won't allow it.
Duplesris winds up and cracks Gupta with a swinging punch to the side of the head.

Duplesris stands up out of the half guard.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Gupta shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Duplesris defends it nicely.
Gupta looks to land a combination but Duplesris avoids it well.
Gupta fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Duplesris avoids it really well and circles away.
Duplesris shoots in for a takedown but Gupta shows good takedown defense.

Duplesris throws a series of punches but Gupta avoids them all with ease.
A jab from Duplesris misses.
Duplesris throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Gupta's waist but Gupta gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Duplesris off to one side.
Duplesris throws a right and a left that both miss.
Gupta ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Gupta shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Duplesris but Duplesris pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Seth Duplesris has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ayush Gupta.
Duplesris connects with a right hand. Gupta shakes it off.
Duplesris takes a swing at Gupta's ribcage but misses.
Gupta throws a head kick but Duplesris moves out of range.

Gupta moves into range and clinches up with Duplesris.

Duplesris jumps guard and drags Gupta to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.
Gupta stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Duplesris swivels though and keeps the full guard.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Duplesris is pulling down on Gupta's head. It's preventing any offense from Gupta, at least for the moment.

Gupta is sitting in close to Duplesris's body. Duplesris has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! Gupta is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Gupta is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Duplesris.
