The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nightmare throws out a leg kick but Joaquin moves out of range and Nightmare only half commits.
Nightmare misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Nightmare lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
No joy there for Nightmare, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Nightmare throws a push kick but Joaquin slaps the foot to one side.
Joaquin shoots in looking for a takedown but Nightmare manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Joaquin's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
A nice inside leg kick there by Nightmare. That's going to slow Joaquin down.
Joaquin takes a jab right on the kisser.
Nightmare really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Nightmare tries a head kick but it misses.
Nightmare is looking to slow Joaquin down with leg kicks.
That kick from Nightmare tenderised Joaquin's leg. Joaquin is trying to keep his angry face on.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Nightmare throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Nightmare closes the distance and lands a vicious right hand that drops Joaquin! Nightmare dives in looking to finish! Joaquin is still trying to defend himself but he's taking too many shots and the referee has no choice but to stop the fight!
