Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Dmitry Petrenko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ike Turner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Petrenko kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Bro Hymm/ Pennywise. Dmitry Petrenko had a look across the cage there at his opponent. He definitely means business

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 12 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Ike Turner!
The judges for this bout are , Frank Antenori and Jack Bonds.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Petrenko misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Petrenko looks to throw the jab but Turner is out of range.
Turner cracks Petrenko with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.

Turner throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.

Turner dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Petrenko. That did some damage!

Petrenko feints and as Turner raises his hands in defense, Petrenko changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
Turner pulls Petrenko in close to prevent any damage.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Petrenko throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Turner works some decent striking defense from the bottom.

Turner has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Petrenko off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds.

Turner fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Petrenko.

Petrenko shoots in looking for a takedown but Turner manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Petrenko's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

Turner is looking to control Petrenko's arms but Petrenko gets an underhook and turns him. Now Turner has his back to the cage.
