The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fresh throws a right hand that Boa ducks under and follows up with a left that Boa also avoids with ease.
Fresh keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Boa shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Fresh's jab looks to have found its range, popping Boa under the eye.
Fresh throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Boa shoots for a double leg takedown but Fresh sprawls well. He's pushed Boa's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Vlad Fresh has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Constrictor Boa.
Fresh scores with a sloppy right hand. Boa should have avoided that one.
Fresh lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Boa circles away quickly and effectively.
Boa shoots for a double leg takedown but Fresh sprawls well. He's pushed Boa's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Fresh rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Boa moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Fresh scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
Vlad Fresh seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Boa is trying hard to land a takedown here. Fresh sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Boa steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Fresh.

The fighters circling - Fresh throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Boa shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Fresh as he jumps to the side.

Boa tries for a takedown but Fresh sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Fresh throws a right and a left that Boa avoids nicely.
Boa takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Boa ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Boa takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Fresh connects with a good right hand that stumbles Boa. Boa circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Boa shoots in for a takedown but Fresh shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Vlad Fresh is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Boa accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Boa trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Boa looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Fresh is defending well. Boa quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Fresh has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Boa celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
