Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Apollo Jackson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jonah Sumrall (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jackson comes to the cage accompanied by LIVING IN AMERICA BY JAMES BROWN. Sumrall has chosen Kutless - Smile as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jackson cracks Sumrall with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.

Sumrall is fighting off a takedown attempt but Jackson is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Sumrall to the mat. Sumrall regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.

Jonah Sumrall has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet.
