The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Li takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.

Li closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.

Fett is looking to control Li's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Fett avoid being mounted?

Li takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.

Fett has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Fett there as he acknowledges the shot.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Li is looking for a triangle here but Fett uses the submission attempt to pass into side control.
Fett creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Li sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.

Li working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Fett doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Fett manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Wai Man Li overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
Fett stands up over Li, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Li is on top in guard.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Wai Man Li.
