Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Solid Snake (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and William Harrison (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, William Harrison!
The judges for this bout are Lou da Vinci, Columbo Gatti and Russell Pearce.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Harrison moves out of range of the body kick.
Snake looks to throw a body kick
and Harrison counters with an inside leg kick.
Harrison doesn't manage to clinch there - Snake circles away.
Harrison tries to clinch but Snake is having none of it.

Harrison doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Snake throws a sloppy head kick and Harrison moves out of range easily.
Snake tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Harrison was well out of range. Poor timing from Snake.
Snake keeps the fight on the outside.
Harrison wants to clinch up but Snake keeps it at a distance.

and Snake counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.

Harrison doesn't manage to clinch there - Snake circles away.
Harrison takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.

Snake clobbers Harrison with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Harrison is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Solid Snake seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
The fight stays on the outside here - Harrison looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Harrison darts in trying to clinch
and Snake counters with a head kick. That will keep Harrison thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks!

Harrison tries to close the distance and clinch up but Snake swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Snake is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight.

and Snake connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

Harrison shoots in looking for a takedown but Snake manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Harrison's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
