And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 21 - 16 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Zoe Washburn!
The judges for this bout are Felipe Paraventi, Luis Engracia and Mauricio Rocha.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A jab from Kenzie misses.

Washburn tries to pull guard but Kenzie forces him back to his feet, against the cage.

Washburn has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Kenzie is trying to keep an underhook but Washburn manages to get the takedown into half guard.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Zoe Washburn hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.

Kenzie throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.

and Washburn counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
The crowd cheers as Kenzie lands an impressive looking overhand right. Washburn doesn't seem phased though.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

and Washburn holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
Kenzie gets through Washburn's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.
