Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Lucas Bane (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ongka Ongka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ongka comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Abebe kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Ongka Ongka is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bane works the jab nicely.
Bane scores with a punch to the head.
Bane slaps away a takedown attempt from Ongka, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Ongka shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Bane digs a good body shot into Ongka's ribs.
Ongka checks a leg kick nicely.
Bane dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

and Bane cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

Bane cracks Ongka with an open hand slap.
Good work by Bane as he checks the leg kick.
Ongka is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Bane wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Ongka on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
Bane tests Ongka's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Bane jabs Ongka right on the nose. Ongka blinks but takes it well.
Ongka gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Bane connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Ongka momentarily.

Ongka is rocked!

That's one minute gone in the round.
Bane scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Bane throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Ongka stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Bane lands a left and a right that send Ongka crashing to the mat, dazed. Bane thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Ongka is still on wobbly legs! Can Bane finish him?
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Ongka takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Ongka looks winded!

Bane lands a big right hand that sends Ongka crashing to the mat! Bane stays standing though and waves Ongka back to his feet!
Bane circles and sees the opportunity to plant his feet and throw a really nice straight left hand that drops Ongka to the canvas! Ongka doesn't know where he is but he's trying to survive - Bane keeps piling on the pressure and forces the referee to step in! This one is aaaaaall over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:27 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Lucas Bane!
