The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dos Anjos scores with a nice strike.
Dos Anjos moves out of range as Tiberio strikes.
A punch lands to the side of Dos Anjos 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Dos Anjos ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Tiberio moves away.
Dos Anjos throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.

and Tiberio counters with a nice body shot.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Dos Anjos lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Tiberio has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Tiberio and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
Tiberio thuds his right hand into Dos Anjos's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Dos Anjos tries to close the distance and clinch up but Tiberio swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Tiberio misses the shot to the body.
Dos Anjos swings for the body but Tiberio moves out of range.
Dos Anjos scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Tiberio doesn't seem bothered though.

Dos Anjos moves in looking to clinch but Tiberio pushes him off.
Tiberio swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Tiberio takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Dos Anjos throws a low kick, looking for Tiberio's leg but Tiberio calmly moves out of range.

Dos Anjos tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Tiberio ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Tiberio scores with a jab. Dos Anjos acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Tiberio lands with a nice body punch.
Tiberio avoids the body shot from Dos Anjos.
Tiberio keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Dos Anjos.
Dos Anjos tries to move into range but Tiberio moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
We've been informed that Dos Anjos has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.
Dos Anjos ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Tiberio moves away.

Tiberio sends Dos Anjos crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Tiberio is motioning to the referee to let Dos Anjos up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!

This has been an exciting period of action!
Tiberio walks forward and throws a big overhand right! Dos Anjos drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes! Tiberio swarms on him with more punches until the referee wrestles him away from Dos Anjos's unconscious body! Wow, that was brutal!
