Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Cesar Slide (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Leonardo Norris (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Leonardo Norris has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Cesar Slide's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Cesar Slide!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Leonardo Norris!
The judges for this bout are Seu Braga, Edson Gomes and Matheus Silva.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Norris gets caught flat footed, as Slide shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.

Norris is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Slide is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Norris defends it well.
