Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Patrick Dewaere (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gennady Mikhasevich (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dewaere comes to the cage accompanied by Mona Mona !. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Mikhasevich misses with a takedown

and Dewaere counters by clinching up.

Mikhasevich is fighting off a takedown attempt but Dewaere is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Mikhasevich to the mat. Mikhasevich regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
