Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Umba Matumba!
The judges for this bout are Ivan Kurochkin, Konstantin Menshow and Igor Prikhodko.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Matumba fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Dias on the side of the head.
Dias shoots for a takedown but Matumba saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Horrible takedown by Dias or perhaps it was just good defense by Matumba which made him look bad.
Dias shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
Dias is stalling here. Matumba is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Dias seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Matumba has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work.
You can see the frustration on Dias's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Matumba stands up and beckons Dias to his feet.
Matumba drops Dias with a beautiful combination! Dias stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Matumba is looking for the KO!
Dias is rocked!
It looks like Rafa Dias has been cut.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
OH! Dias has been rocked by a huge right hand and is in deep trouble! Matumba smells blood and charges in for the finish! Matumba unloads a vicious overhand right and connects to the jaw of Dias sending him face first to the canvas! Unbelievable!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:36 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Umba Matumba!
