Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Wedge Xiii (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lik Alotadik (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Xiii's entrance music is Tenacious D - Master Exploder. A fine choice. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Alotadik swings for the body but Xiii moves out of range.
Xiii connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Alotadik momentarily.

Xiii ducks under a wild hook from Alotadik.

Xiii shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Alotadik manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Xiii connects with a nice short shot to Alotadik's temple.
Alotadik has found himself in a tricky position here. He's been working his transitions in training so let's see if he can work his way out of it.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Xiii has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Xiii is stalling here. Alotadik is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Xiii seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Alotadik has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work.

The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.

The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Lik Alotadik wasn't active enough on the ground.

Xiii throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Alotadik stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

That was a close second round but I would say that Wedge Xiii will probably get the nod.

Some bone on bone action there as Xiii checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.

A very excited looking Wedge Xiii made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
