Gustafsson's entrance music is Dark Tranquility - The Final Resistance. A fine choice. Tyrone Wallace will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 20 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Gustav Gustafsson!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 14 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Tyrone Wallace!
The judges for this bout are Nard Betker, Paul Aken and Saam Ante.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gustafsson tries to bum rush Wallace with a series of wild strikes but Wallace uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Gustafsson throws an overhand right that lands on Wallace's shoulder, as Wallace tries to avoid the shot.
Gustafsson works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
Gustafsson lands a really nice looking cross but Wallace seems unphased.
Gustafsson darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Gustafsson stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Gustafsson wants it to stay on the feet.
Gustafsson catches Wallace with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
The fighters circling - Gustafsson throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Gustafsson's jab looks to have found its range, popping Wallace under the eye.
Gustav Gustafsson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Wallace has closed the distance and engaged Gustafsson in a clinch.
Wallace tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Gustafsson lands a glancing elbow in the clinch.
Wallace blocks an elbow strike.
Gustafsson is trying to force a seperation but Wallace has the dominant position.
With the fighters up against the ropes, Gustafsson throws an elbow but misses.
Wallace drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Gustafsson gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Gustav Gustafsson has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Tyrone Wallace.

Wallace is trying to trip Gustafsson. He has hold of a leg but Gustafsson is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Wallace persists though and gets the takedown into guard.

The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.

Gustafsson is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Wallace tries to stand and escape but Gustafsson is controlling the position.

Wallace wants to work for an arm triangle but Gustafsson is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Gustafsson is trying to maintain the position but Wallace is very close to passing his half guard.

Wallace thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.

Wallace is trying to get back to his feet now but his leg is trapped.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.
Wallace seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Gustafsson does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
Wallace with the ground and pound but Gustafsson uses the opportunity to regain guard.
Wallace postures up and lands a big shot to Gustafsson's brow.
Wallace throws a big elbow that misses.
Gustafsson manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!

Gustafsson misses with a series of strikes from mount. He'll no doubt be working on his ground and pound when he gets back to the gym.
Wallace is in all sorts of trouble here.

Wallace tries to hold on but Gustafsson postures up.
Gustafsson wants to control the pace but Wallace is squirming around nicely.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Wallace regains half guard.
Gustafsson seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Wallace does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A close round but Tyrone Wallace will probably get the nod.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.


Gustafsson tries to close the distance and clinch but Wallace swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Gustafsson scores with a jab. Wallace acknowledges it with a nod of the head.

and Wallace counters with a takedown into side control.
Tyrone Wallace has got the better of the ground game so far.
Wallace sitting in side control, looking to soften his opponent up with elbows and hammerfists but Gustafsson is avoiding damage well and looking to escape the position.

Wallace lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Gustafsson is rocked!

Oh Gustafsson is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Wallace postures up and connects with a big shot that has rocked Gustafsson badly. He's trying desperately to grab hold of Wallace around the waist but Wallace pushes him off and unloads with more strikes, forcing the referee to jump in and save him! Wallace is the winner by TKO! Wallace jumps onto the ropes and shouts into the camera. "We did it momma!"

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:24 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Tyrone Wallace!
Tyrone Wallace decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
