The judges for this bout are Shigeki Sano, Taro Takaoka and Yukihiro Shimada.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Munoz swings for the body but McDaniel moves out of range.
Munoz moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Munoz fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Munoz walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
McDaniel connects with the punch.
McDaniel slaps away a takedown attempt from Munoz, before circling back to the center of the mat.
McDaniel defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Munoz.
Munoz walks into a stiff left hand from McDaniel.
A right-left combo lands from McDaniel.
Munoz is rocked!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Munoz tries to clinch up but McDaniel circles away and keeps his distance.
A combination from McDaniel does no damage.
Munoz drops his hands momentarily and McDaniel takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Munoz is still on wobbly legs! Can McDaniel finish him?
McDaniel sizes up Munoz with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
McDaniel pounces like a tiger and cracks Munoz with a vicious hook! Munoz is down but not out! McDaniel follows up with more strikes forcing the ref to jump in and stop it!
