The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Plights shoots in for a double leg but Abbandando sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Abbandando connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Plights walks forward, straight into a front kick from Abbandando.
