The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Golonka shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Cabrillo as he jumps to the side.

Cabrillo clinches.
Golonka tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Cabrillo smiles and moves away.

and Cabrillo counters with a nice double leg into side control. Golonka won't be happy with that.
Juan Cabrillo has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Irus Golonka.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Golonka takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better.
Golonka tries to bench press Cabrillo off him but Cabrillo keeps the position.
You can see the frustration on Golonka's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Cabrillo works to advance to full mount. Golonka defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs.
Golonka tries to reverse the position but Cabrillo maintains control.
Golonka is bucking up trying to escape but Cabrillo cracks him with another couple of good strikes.

Golonka is rocked!
Golonka is looking to get to half guard.
Golonka is still in real trouble! Can Cabrillo finish him?
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Cabrillo postures up and lands a whopping elbow - oh that's hurt Golonka bigstyle! Two more strikes land for Cabrillo and the fight is over!
